Step-1) Download and Launch eSoftTools PST to EML Converter on a windows based machine and firstly click the "Select PST" button

Step-2) Select a conversion mode and add PST files in the software for conversion.

Single File Conversion Mode Select/Search and Add single PST file
Bulk File Conversion Mode Select folders containing multiple PST files

Step- 1) Step- 2)

1) Select Single File Conversion Mode radio button and click on "Next" to add single PST into the software.

2) Next, press Select PST file or "Search PST File" button to select or search PST file from drive and add single PST manually in the software.

After single PST file selection hit the Start Scanning button

Step- 1) Choose Conversion Mode Step- 2) Add Multiple PST file

1) Click the Bulk Outlook PST File Conversion radio button & click on "Next" for bulk PST file selection and adding.

2) Next, hit Add File to add several PST files one by one or hit the "Add Folder" button to a folder with multiple PST files in the software.

After adding all PST files in the software hit the Start Scanning button.

Step-3) Scan PST Files and load all mail and other folders from PST files

Follow the mentioned steps to Convert PST to EML and EMLX File format:-

Step-5) After mail folder selection, press the Save PST button from the top menubar.

Step-6) From conversion options list, choose required conversion format.

Export to EML:- To Save Emails of Outlook Mail folders from PST to separate EML files.
Export to EMLX:- Create separate EMLX files to save Outlook emails for MAC Apple Mail client.

Step-7) After selection of EML or EMLX as conversion option, select and apply addition settings.

Mail filter:- Select a Start and End date of emails to export email from PST to EML files of only choosen dates.
Naming Convention:- Choose a naming format from multiple predefined file naming options.
Destination Path:- Select a location to save resultant EML or EMLX files while conversion.

Step-8) After all required selections, hit the "Convert" button and start PST to EML/EMLX file conversion.

Step-9) Software will perform complete conversion with accuracy. After completion message dialog on user screen.

Steps to Convert PST into MSG/HTML/vCard/ICS/MBOX and TGZ (Zimbra) file format:-

In addition to EML/EMLX file file users can also save PST emails, contacts, calendar items to many other file formats. Follow the metioned steps to convert PST into multiple file types.

Step-5) Make selection of required folders from software's preview panel and hit the Save PST button from menubar.

Step-6) From the list of conversion options list, choose a file type according to your requirement.

Export to MSG:- Create MSG files for separately saving Outlook emails, contacts, calendars from PST files.
Export to HTML:- Save Outlook emails from PST as individual HTML files and access with web browsers.
Export to vCard:- Save Outlook Contacts as vCard files from PST files.
Export to ICS:- Export Outlook Calendar from PST to ICS files.
Export to MBOX:- Move Mail folders from PST to MBOX files for email clients like- Thunderbird, PocoMail, OperaMail, and many others.
Export to Zimbra(TGZ):- Save all Outlook emails and mail folders to TGZ files for Zimbra desktop client.

Step-7) After choosing a conversion option, apply other settings.

Mail filter:- Input a Start and End date to export email of only required dates from PST files.
Naming Convention:- Select a naming format from predefined naming options to save email with unique name.(Only supported for EML/EMLX/HTML/MSG and ICS file format)
Destination Path:- Choose desired location for saving output file.

Step-8) Applying all settings, press the "Convert" button to begin PST file conversion.

Step-9) Sit back and rest for sometime and software will complete the PST file conversion and show completion message on user screen.

Upload Outlook PST to Microsoft Office 365 Account.

Step-5) Add PST files in the software, make selection of required folders, then press the "Import to Cloud" >> "Import PST to Office 365" button.

Step-6) Enter your Office 365 account login credentials in the software.

(Email Address and Password)

Step-7) After adding Office 365 details apply other required settings.

Export In Primary Mailbox:- Upload all PST file data and merge with primary mailbox of Office 365 email account.
Input Folder Name:- Create a new folder on Office 365 account to save all imported data of PST file in it.
Mail Filter:- Apply Mail filter option and export emails of some specific dates from PST files.
Create A Log File:- Generate a Log File with with complete details of steps followed by the software for migration.

Step-8) After all selections hit on Convert button to start Importing PST file data to Office 365 account.

Step-9) Software will Import all your selected data from PST file to Office 365 account and shows a completion message after complete data migration

Move Data from Outlook PST to Gmail/G-suite Account.

Step-5) After selecting needed folders from PST files, press the "Import to Cloud" >> "Import PST to Gmail/G-suite" button.

Step-6) Provide your Gmail account login credentials in the software.

(Email Address and Password)

Then hit the "Authenticate Login" button.

Step-7) After gmail account authentication process, apply other required settings.

Input Folder Name:- Create a new folder on your Gmail accountto move data from PST file to that folder.
Mail Filter:- Use Mail filter option to export emails of selected choosen dates from PST.
Create A Log File:- Create Log File containing details of steps performed for migration by the software.

Step-8) Hit on Convert button to start Importing PST file data to Office 365 account.

Step-9) Software will now upload PST files with selected data to Users Gmail account and shows a completion message after completing migration

Upload Outlook PST to YahooMail Account.

Step-5) After adding PST files and make selection of necessory folders, click the "Import to Cloud" >> "Import PST to Yahoo" button.

Step-6) Input your YahooMail account (Email Address and Password) and press the "Authenticate Login" button.

Step-7) After connecting your yahoo account choose other options like:-

Input Folder Name:- Add a folder name to Yahoo account for preserving imported data of PST file.
Mail Filter:- Choose Mail filter option if you want to Export emails of only required dates from PST files.
Create A Log File:- Create a Log File with the details of the steps processed by the software.

Step-8) Select required options, then press the Convert button to move PST file's data to YahooMail account.

Step-9) The software will directly Import all choosen data from PST file to YahooMail account and shows a completion message after data migration process completion

Directly Import PST files to Outlook.com/Outlook Web Access.

Step-5) After selection of needed folders from PST files, press the "Import to Cloud" >> "Import PST to Outlook.com" button from menubar.

Step-6) Enter your Outlook.com account login credentials in the software.

(Email Address and Password)

Step-7) Provide account details then apply additional required options.

Input Folder Name:- Create a new folder in your Outlook.com account to preserve imported data of PST files.
Mail Filter:- Use Mail filter option to export emails of selected dates from PST files.
Create A Log File:- Generate a Log File and save to desired location on your local drive.

Step-8) Choose required options then hit the Convert button and start Importing PST files with complete data to Outlook.com account.
