Input your Gmail account "Email Address" and press Login button.
After login, extract/load all the mail folders from your Gmail account into the software.
Select the required folder from the list of all available Gmail account mail folders.
Choose Gmail mail folders and with the below steps preform backup and migration of emails.
Steps to Backup Gmail Emails to Outlook PST/ EML/ EML/ HTML/ MHTML/ MBOX/ PDF & Thunderbird
From the export options, select the file format in which you want to save your Gmail account's emails.
Available file formats for taking backup of Gmail emails: -
- Save in PST => Save all the selective exported mail folders of your Gmail account to a single PST and use it in all editions of MS Outlook.
- Save in EML => Create separate EML files for each Gmail email and easily access them on any EML-supported applications.
- Save in EMLX => Save each email as separate EMLX files of Apple Mail and open those files in a MAC-OS-based machine.
- Save in MSG => Preserve email into a separate Outlook MSG file.
- Save in HTML => Save Email to HTML file for Web browsers like- chrome, firefox, etc.
- Save in MHTML => Download Gmail emails and save in MHTML files.
- Save in PDF => Save Gmail email to a separate PDF file (Portable Document format).
- Save in Single MBOX => Save the entire email from all selected mail folders of the Gmail account to a single MBOX file.
- Save in Separate MBOX => Save a separate mail folder to separate MBOX files.

Select and apply other required optio:-
- Saving Location: - Choose a location from your hard drive to preserve downloaded emails.

- Naming Convention :- select a naming format to provide a name for resultant files.
After selecting and applying all necessary settings click on the Save Backup button to start the process of downloading Gmail emails to your local drive.
Migrate Emails from a Gmail account to New Gmail, Office365, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, and IMAP
Select the necessary folders from the NSF files, then click the "Import to Office365" button.
- Import into Office365.
- Import into Gmail.
- Import into Yahoo.
- Import into Outlook.com.
- Import into IMAP Account.
Choose a cloud import option, hit on Next and apply further steps of migration shown below.
Apply these steps to transfer emails from one Gmail account to another
Select Import to Gmail cloud import option, and add your Gmail account login details in the new opened screen.
Add Gmail email address and app password and click on Authenticate login.
Use other available options : -
- Filter Email: - Select email dates for exporting emails of only chosen dates.
- Migrate into New Folder: - add new folder to Gmail account and store the impoted Gmail account's data
- Migrate into Default Folder: - store the imported emails to default folders, (for example: - inbox emails will be saved in Inbox folder)
Click on the Import to Gmail Account button and start the process of importing emails from Gmail to new Gmail account.
Follow the given steps to Export Gmaile emails to Office365 mailbox
Select Import to Office365 from cloud import options, and input your Office365 account email address and apply other required options in the next screen.
Use other available options : -
- Filter Email: - Choose the start and end date of email in which you want to migration.
- Export Option: - select the mode of storing importing Gmail mail folders in office365 account: -
- Export in Primay Mailbox: - software will search the similar mail folders and combine their emails.(for example- move the Gmail inbox mail folder imprt to Office365 inbox mail folder)
- Input Folder Name for migration: - Create a new folder and store all the import Gmail mailbox folders in it.
- Export in In-Place Archive folder: - Add a custom folder in the In-Place Archive folder of Office365 mailbox to store Gmail account data
Click on the Convert start importing Gmail emails to office365 account.
Migrate Emails from Gmail to Yahoo Mail
Select radio button Import to Yahoo, and in the next screen add your Yahoo Mail account login details.
Insert Yahoo account's email address and App Password and click on Authenticate login.
Use mail filtering option (as per requirement) and press the Import to Yahoo Account button and begin the Gmail to Yahoo Mail import process.

Select the cloud import option Import to Outlook.com, and add email address and password of Outlook.com account.
Use mail filter function and hit on Convert to login and begining the Gmail to Outlook.com migration.
Apply these steps to migrate Gmail emails to IMAP Mail Server
Use the Import to IMAP account cloud import option, and in the next screen add your IMAP account login details.
Add IMAP account email address, password, host name, and Port .
Select and use other options : -
- Filter Email: - Select a start and an end date and extract the emails that is between the selected date range.
- Input Folder name for migration: - create a new folder with custom name where the software save the imported Gmail account's data.
