Step-1)

Download & Launch eSoftTools OFT Converter Software, on your Windows computer.

Press the "Select OFT File/Folder" button from the first screen.

Step-2)

Select OFT Folder- add a folder containing OFT files.
Select OFT Files- from a specific folder add single or multiple files.

Select file adding method, and select the path, then hit on Next.

Step-3)

Load OFT files or folders, and one by one open all files to view their inner items.

Preview Outlook templpates and Choose needed OST folders and files from the list.

After the OST folder/file selection apply the below given steps to convert and migrate OFT files

Additional settings for conversion process: -

Mail filter => Choose date of emails of which you want to export emails from OFT files.
Saving Location => Choose a location where you want to save the resultant files.
Naming Convention => Use this option while saving email templates in file HTML, MHTML, MSG, PDF, EML, or EMLX. (Using this function choose a format for providing custome name to resultant file with 9 different options)
Version Selection (vCard) => Convert OFT file with contact to vCard files of version 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0 (any one).

Step-5)

Lastly, click on Convert and start the OFT File Conversion process.

Migrate OFT file to Gmail, Office365, Yahoo Mail, Outlook.com, and IMAP Account

Choose OFT folders or files and press the "Import into Cloud" button and choose a cloud import option.

OFT to Office365 Import.
OFT to Gmail Import.
OFT to G-Suite Import.
OFT to Yahoo Mail Import.
OFT to Outlook.com/Hotmail Import.
OFT to IMAP Account Import.

Steps to Migrate OFT files to Office365 account

Step-5)

Select the option OFT to Office365 import option.

Enter your Office365 account's email address and apply other settings- "folder input" and "mail filter".

Step-6)

click on Connect & Import and login with your Office365 then start the email migration job.

Export OFT to Gmail account with these steps

Step-5)

Choose OFT to Gmail import option.

Enter Gmail account's email address and third-party app password and press Authenticate Login button and connect with your Gmail account.

Apply and use other functions: -

Filter Emails: - Select a start and an end date of email to export them specifically to gmail.
Folder Name: - Add a new folder with custom name to Gmail account to save OFT files data

Step-6)

Press the Import to Gmail account button and start the process of importing Gmail emails to office365 account.

Migrate OFT Emails to Yahoo Mail

Step-5)
From the list of cloud import options select the OFT to Yahoo Import

Input your Yahoo account's email address and App Password, then press the Authenticate login.

Step-6)

Click the Import to Yahoo Account button and start the OFT to Yahoo Mail import process.

Import OFT to Outlook.com/Hotmail.com

Step-5)
Select OFT to Outlook.com/ Hotmail import option from cloud import options.

Enter the email address and password of Outlook.com account.

Step-6)

Lastly click on Convert and begin the OFT to Outlook.com migration.

Steps to Import OFT to IMAP Mail Server

Choose the cloud import option OFT to IMAP Import

Enter IMAP account email address, password, host name, and Port.

Apply the settings : -

Filter Email: - Choose dates of emails of which your want to export emails from OFT.
Input Folder name for migration: - Add a folder with custom name to save OFT files/folders data.

Click on Convert and start the OFT to IMAP email migrtaion.
