Saving Email in Individual Files

Provides 6 file formats as backup/export options in which it saves each EarthLink email separately. The file types are EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, and PDF. Users can choose any one of these file format and get ability to store each email in individual file with relevant details.

Save Mail Folders in MBOX Format

Has the ability to export emails from EarthLink account to MBOX file. Offers saving emails in MBOX with 2 modes: -

• Single MBOX: - Collects emails from multiple folders and store in one MBOX file.
• Separate MBOX: - Create separate MBOX file for each mail folder. Saves one mail folder with relevant email in an MBOX file.

Email Import in Thunderbird Client

Supports exporting mail folders from EarthLink account to Thunderbird configured profile. The software automatically detects Thunderbird in your machine and loads the email Thunderbird profile's data storage path. All you need to do is select Save to Thunderbird export option and the software will automatically import your EarthLink emails to Thunderbird.

Selective Mail Folders Exporting

Speed up email backup and migration by specifying mail folders containing only required emails for export. Load EarthLink account mailboxes (all available folders) and select only required mail folders from the available list. Easily select required folders and transfer emails from them quickly.

Export/Preserve Email in Exact Form

Extract emails with all relevant information from EarthLink account and store it on the destination file or platform. Retain email properties including- To, BCC, CC, Subject, From, Date, Attachments, Message body with every element (images, styles, hyperlinks, HTML structure, signature, etc.).

Export Emails of Specified Dates

Date based email filter function that allows specifying dates of emails for the targeted email export operation. Enable this option of "Filter Emails" and specify a start and end date before starting backup or migration. After this selection the software will export only emails from the specified period..

Assigning Name to New Files

Provides naming convention feature with over 9 different patterns based on email attributes - sender, date and subject. Specify one of the available naming format and name the new files based on it. (For example if you choose "Subject", the software will name the files as the subject of the email.).

Insert Folder in Destination Account

Create a new folder with a custom name in the destination email platform or account. This option appears when transferring mail folders from EarthLink Webmail to Cloud/Webmail. Use this and create a mail folder in the mail server of your destination account and import all mail folders.

Saving Location Select by Self

You can choose a saving location yourself to store the files generated during backup process. Choose any path from your computer - local drive, external drive or network drive. Select the location that best suits your need for easy access and management of email backup files.
