How to Open/ View Emails with Thunderbird Viewer tool?
Thunderbird Email Viewer tool to Read/View Thunderbird mail files and convert/migrate into different options

Step-1) Download eSoftTools Thunderbird Viewer Software and open it on your computer.
Press "Add File/Folder" button from the first screen of the software.
Step-2) Choose a file selection method from the provided options:-
- Select MBOX File:- Add a Thunderbird MBOX file manually.
- Select MBOX Folder:- Select a folder having multiple sub-folders and MBOX files at once.
- Auto-Load Thunderbird Profile:- Auto-detect thunderbird mail folders default location and load all in a single click.
Add your Thunderbird mail files or folders and hit on Next.
Step-3) Load selected Thunderbird mail folder and files into the software.
Click on each Thunderbird email and view them in software's preview panel.
Also, press "Email Attachment" tab and click on email's associated attachment twice for opening.

After viewing Thunderbird emails, users can Convert and Migrate Emails using with Thunderbird Viewer pro/pro plus edition by applying the below mentioned steps: -
Using Thunderbird Viewer Pro edition, Open and Convert Thunderbird Mail Files
Convert Thunderbird Emails to PST/ EML/ EMLX/ MSG/ HTML/ MHTML/ Zimbra & Thunderbird
Step-4) Choose requires Thunderbird mail folders from folder's list and press the "Convert MBOX" button from top menu bar.
Step-5)
From the next opened screen, choose a conversion format from the options - PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, Thunderbird, NSF, Zimbra(TGZ).
Select other required options-
- Mail Filtering:- Filter mails by date and export emails of only required dates.
- Naming Convention :- Provide numae to resultant file with different naming formats by email attributes- from, To, subject.
- Saving Location:- Choose a location where you want to save resultant files.
Conversion formats:-
- Single PST for All Mailbox: - Export all selected mail folders of Thunderbird profiles to single PST file
- Single PST for each Mailbox: - Create separate PST file for each selected Thunderbird mail folder
- MSG:- Preserve each Thunderbird Email to separate Outlook MSG file
- EMLX:- Save Thunderbird email to individual Apple Mail EMLX files
- HTML:- Convert Thunderbird emails to HTML files for web browsers
- MHTML:- Save Thunderbird emails to separate MHTML files for web browsers
- NSF:- Preserve all selected Thunderbird mail folder to single Lotus Notes NSF file.
- Zimbra:- Save Thunderbird emails of all selected mail folders to TGZ files for zimbra desktop.
- Thunderbird:- Import selected Thunderbird mail folders/files to Thunderbird profile default storage location
Step-6) Finally press the "Convert" button and start the Converting Thunderbird mail files.
Step-4) Load emails from Thunderbird mail files and double click on each Thunderbird email to open in separate window.
Step-5) Press "Save Email Message" button, and choose a export option from next screen: -
- Export to PST
- Export to MSG
- Export to HTML
- Export to MHTML
- Export to EML
Additional options:-
- Naming Convention:- Select a naming format to provide a name to resulting file
- Saving Location:- Choose a place from your local drive to save resulting file.
Step-6) Press "Save" button and Convert Thunderbird email individually.
Using Thunderbird Viewer Pro to migrate Thunderbird emails to Cloud mail apps: -
Step-4) Choose the required mail folders from your Thunderbird profile and then press the Import into Cloud button from menubar.
After that, apply the steps mentioned below to migrate Thunderbird emails to Gmail, Office365, Outlook.com, Yahoo and IMAP-based mail apps.
Migrate Thunderbird Emails to Office365 cloud: -
Step-6) Click on Import to Cloud button & choose the import to Office365 option.
Step-8) In the next opened screen, enter your Office365 account email address and click on "Convert".
Input your Office365 email address and password on the next screen and login with Office365 account details.
Step-9) Login with your Office365 account into the softwae and start the Thunderbird to Office365 migration process.
Steps to migrate Thunderbird emails to Gmail Account:-
Step-6) Click on Import to Cloud button, then select the Import to Gmail/ G-Suite option.
Step-8) In the new screen, input your Gmail account "Email Address" and "Google Third-Party App Password" & click the "Athenticate login" button.
Note: - For migration, users have to create Google Third party app password
Step-9) After securely completing Gmail login process, press the Import to Gmail button and Thunderbird to Gmail migration.
Steps to Transfer Thunderbird Emails to YahooMail Account:-
Step-6) Click the Import to Cloud >> Import to Yahoo button from menubar.
Step-8) Provide your Yahoo Mail account email address and third party app password, then click the "Athenticate login" button.
Note: - Create Yahoo Third party app password before migration
Step-9) Create a connection with YahooMail account and press the Import to Yahoo Account button and start transferring Thunderbird emails to YahooMail.
Move Thunderbird Emails to Outlook.com/Outlook Web account:-
Step-6) Click the Import to Cloud button & select Import to Outlook.com/ HotMail option.
Step-8) Enter your Outlook.com account email address, password, and hit the "Convert" button.
Step-9) Mkae a connection between the software and your Outlook.com or Hotmail account, and strat Thunderbird to Outlook.com migration.
Steps for importing Thunderbird emails to IMAP Webmail accounts: -
Step-6) Click on Import to Cloud >> Import Thunderbird to IMAP option.
Step-8) Input your IMAP account email address, and password then hit the "Convert" button.
Step-9) Connect the software toyour IMAP mail account and start performing Thunderbird to IMAP migration.
