Step-1) Download and Launch eSoftTools MSG Viewer Software for windows.

Press "Select MSG Folder" button after launching the software.

Step-2) From the new opened screen, choose a file adding option -

File Mode:- Select and add MSG file into the software singularly
Folder Mode:- Select a complete folder and load them with their inner sub-folder and all available MSG files at one time.

Select a file adding option, load all MSG files and click the Next button.

Step-3) Import all selected MSG files/folders into the software.

Click on each selected MSG file item and generate its preview with the software.

View each MSG file item separately on individual screen by double clicking on it.

Convert/ Migrate MSG files with MSG viewer tool by following the steps shown below : -

Convert MSG to PST, EML, EMLX, HTML, MHTML, MBOX, NSF, Thunderbird: -

Step-4) Right-click on each MSG file item, to convert it separately into PST, EML, EMLX, and HTML file format.

Make selection of needed MSG files/folders and click on "Convert MSG" button, to Convert MSG files in batch mode.

Step-5) From next screen, choose a conversion format from these options- PST, EML, EMLX, HTML, MHTML, MBOX, Thunderbird, Zimbra(TGZ).

Use other functions of the software: -

Mail Filtering:- Filter MSG file emails by dates and convert MSG files of a specific date range.
Naming Convention :- Choose a naming convention format to provide a custom name to resultant files.
Saving Location:- From your local drive, select a location where you want to save converted files.

Export in PST:- Convert MSG to PST Outlook files. Save items single MSG as well as multiple MSG files to single PST file.
Export in EML:- Export emails from MSG files to EML files
Export in EMLX:- Convert MSG file with emails to Apple Mail compatible EMLX files
Export in HTML:- Save MSG file emails to HTML files for opening with web browsers
Export in MBOX:- Export MSG folders to MBOX files. (Save MSG mail folders items to single as well as separate MBOX files.)
Export in NSF(Lotus Notes):- Transfer all selected MSG mail folders to a single Lotus Notes NSF file
Export in MHTML:- Save MSG file email to MHTML files separately.
Export in Zimbra:- Export emails from multiple MSG files to single TGZ files for Zimbra desktop mail client.
Export in Thunderbird:- Transfer emails from selected Outlook MSG files to Thunderbird profile's default storage location.

Step-6) Click on "Convert" after making all required selections and start the MSG file conversion process.

Migrate MSG files to Cloud mail appps by following the below mentioned steps:-

Step-4) Make selection of needed needed MSG folders/files, then click on Import into cloud button and then follow the below mentioned steps to export MSG files to Gmail, Office365, Outlook.com, Yahoo and other IMAP apps

Migrate MSG files to Office365 cloud: -

Step-5) Choose needed MSG file/folders and Click on Import to Cloud >> MSG to Office365 Import option.

Step-6) Enter your Office365 account email address and press "Convert" button, in the next opened screen.

Input Office365 email address and password and login into the software with your Office365 account details

Step-7) Login with Office 365 account and start EML to Office365 migration with the software.

Applying below given steps to Migrate MSG files to Gmail Account:-

Step-5) Click on Import to Cloud >> EML to Gmail Import option.

Step-6) Enter your Gmail account email address and google third party app password & press "Athenticate login" button.

Note: - First create, Google Third party app password before migration.

Step-7) Sign in with Gmail account, click on Import to Gmail button and begin MSG to Gmail migration.

Transfer data from MSG Files to YahooMail Account:-

Step-5) Choose needed MSG file/folders from preview panel and clic on Import to Cloud >> EML to Yahoo Import button from menubar.

Step-6) Input email address, and third party app password of your YahooMail account and click on "Athenticate login" button.

Note: - For migration, firtsly create Yahoo Third party app password

Step-7) Click the Import to Yahoo Account button, after yahoomail login process and start MSG to YahooMail migration.

Export MSG files to Outlook.com/Outlook Web account:-

Step-5) Click on Import to Cloud >> EML to Outlook.com/ HotMail Import button after MSG file/folder selection process.

Step-6) Add your Outlook.com account email address, and password into the new opened screen, then click on "Convert".

Step-7) Sign in with your Outlook.com or Hotmail account and begin the MSG to Outlook.com or Hotmail migration.

Import MSG to IMAP mail accounts applying the steps shown below: -

Step-5) Click on Import to Cloud >> MSG to IMAP Import option from menu bar.

Step-6) Add IMAP account details including- email address, password, port and hostname, then click on "Convert".

Step-7) After IMAP account login process the software automatically start the MSG to IMAP migration.
