Software Navigation

Step-1) Download and Launch this windows based eSoftTools EMLX Viewer Software.

After launching the software, click the "Select EML Folder" button.

Step-2) In the next screen, choose a file selection/adding option:-

File Mode:- select and import a single EML/EMLX file into the software
Folder Mode:- Add a complete folder with multiple EML/EMLX files within a single process.

Choose desired file selection option, add EML File or Folder and hit the Next button.

Step-3) After adding the EMLX files load them into the software.

Hit on each selected emlx email to get its preview easily.

Get preview of each Emails on separate screen by double clicking on each EMLX file email.

View emails from EMLX files, and also Convert/ Migrate EMLX Emails with EML Viewer pro edition by following the below given steps: -

Convert EMLX files
Import EMLX to Cloud Apps

Follow these steps to Convert EMLX to PST, EML, MSG, HTML, MHTML, MBOX, NSF, Thunderbird: -

Step-4) Right-click on each EMLX file email & convert EMLX file singularly to PST, EMLX, MSG, and HTML file format.

Press the "Convert EML" button from top menu bar, to Convert multiple EMLX file at once.

Step-5) The software will open a new window with different conversion formats. Choose a file type from these options- PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, MBOX, Thunderbird, Zimbra(TGZ).

Apply other needed setting and options-

Mail Filtering:- Use this mail filter option and select date of email that you want to export from EMLX files.
Naming Convention :- Select a naming convention format for providing custom name to resultant files.
Saving Location:- Input or choose a location from local drive to save converted files.

Export in PST:- Convert EMLX files to PST files for MS Outlook. Save single email as well as complete folder with multiple EMLX emails to a single PST file
Export in MSG:- Save each EMLX file Email to separate Outlook MSG files
Export in EML:- Export emails from Apple Mail EMLX files to EML files
Export in HTML:- Create HTML files for saving EMLX file emails and access them with web browsers
Export in MBOX:- Export emails from EMLX files to MBOX files. (Save EMLX mail folders to single as well as separate MBOX file.)
Export in NSF(Lotus Notes):- Save all selected EMLX email folders to a single Lotus Notes NSF file
Export in MHTML:- Save EMLX file email to separate MHTML files.
Export in Zimbra:- Save EMLX emails in TGZ files for Zimbra desktop email client.
Export in Thunderbird:- Import all EMLX file's emails to Thunderbird profile's default storage location directly

Step-6) After selection of all required options, & click on "Convert" and begin the EMLX file conversion.

Migrate EMLX files to Cloud mail appps by applying the steps shown below:-

Step-4) Select required folders from preview panel and press the Import into cloud button and then apply the below given steps to export EMLX emails to Gmail, Office365, Outlook.com, Yahoo and other IMAP apps

Migrate EMLX file Emails to Office365 cloud: -

Step-5) Click the Import to Cloud button and choosr the EMLX to Office365 Import option.

Step-6) In the next opened screen, enter your Office365 account email address and press "Convert" button.

Input your Office365 email address and password to login into the software with Office365 account details

Step-7) After logn the software will automatically start the EML to Office365 migration process.

Migrate EMLX files to Gmail Account by applying these simple steps:-

Step-5) Click on Import to Cloud button from menubar and choose EML to Gmail Import option.

Step-6) Input Gmail account email address and google third party app password & press "Athenticate login" button.

Note: - For migration process, firstly create Google Third party app password

Step-7) Connect the software with your Gmail account and press the Import to Gmail button to begin the EML to Gmail migration.

Transfer EMLX Emails to YahooMail Account:-

Step-5) Make selection of required EMLX folders and click on Import to Cloud >> EML to Yahoo Import button from menubar.

Step-6) Enter Yahoo Mail account email address, and third party app password then click on "Athenticate login" button.

Note: - For migration, firtsly create Yahoo Third party app password

Step-7) Login with your YahooMail account into the software and click the Import to Yahoo Account button and start the EMLX to YahooMail migration.

Export EMLX Emails to Outlook.com/Outlook Web account:-

Step-5) Press the Import to Cloud button from menubar and select EML to Outlook.com/ HotMail Import button.

Step-6) Add your Outlook.com account email address, and password into the new opened screen, then click on "Convert".

Step-7) Login with your Outlook.com or Hotmail account and start the process of importing EMLX emails to Outlook.com or Hotmail profile.

Export EMLX Emails to IMAP mail accounts with these simple steps: -

Step-5) Press the Import to Cloud button after EMLX mail folder selection and select EML to IMAP Import option.

Step-6) Enter your IMAP account email address, password, post and hostname, and click on "Convert" button.

Step-7) Login with your IMAP account into the software and start the EMLX to IMAP migration.
