How to Open/ View MBOX emails with MBOX Viewer software?

Step-1) Download eSoftTools MBOX Viewer Software and launch it on your windows based computer.
From the first screen of the software, click the "Add File/Folder" button.
Step-2) From the nextly opened screen, choose a file selection option:-
- Select MBOX File:- To add an MBOX file manually from a known location.
- Select MBOX Folder:- Select and add a folder having multiple sub-folders and MBOX files at once.
- Auto-Load Thunderbird Profile:- Auto-detect and load all mail folders of Thunderbird profile from its default location with a single click.
Select and add all MBOX files into the software and hit on Next button.
Step-3) Load all selected mail folder/ sub-folders or MBOX files and start scanning process.
Perform the scanning process, extract all emails and click on each email and view them with their all associated information.
Click on each MBOX file two times and get its preview on an individual screen.

Steps to Convert MBOX file to PST, EML,EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, Zimbra, NSF, & Thunderbird: -
Step-4) View all email items from MBOX files, choose the required mail folders and press the "Convert MBOX" button from top menu bar.
Step-5) On a new screen will now opened by the software, with different conversion formats - PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, Thunderbird, NSF, Zimbra(TGZ).
- Mail Filtering: - Choose a start and end date of emails that you want to export from MBOX files.
- Naming Convention: - Use this function for providing a custom name to resultant file by email attributes- from, To, subject.
- Saving Location: - Click on the "Browse" button and select a location where you want to save the resultant files.

- MHTML: - Save MBOX email to separate MHTML files to access with web browsers
- NSF: - Save all selected MBOX mail folders to single Lotus Notes NSF file.
- Zimbra: - Export all selected MBOX mail folders to single Zimbra TGZ files.
- Thunderbird: - Import selected Thunderbird mail folders/files to Thunderbird profile default storage location
Step-6) After making all required selections, lastly hit on "Convert" button and start performing the MBOX file conversion process.
Migrate MBOX file emails to Cloud mail apps by following these steps: -
Step-4) From the preview panel, view your MBOX file's emails and choose required mail folders, then press the Import into Cloud button from menubar.
Next, apply the steps shown below and migrate mbox emails to Gmail, Office365, Outlook.com, Yahoo and other IMAP-based mail apps.
Migrate MBOX Emails to Office365 cloud: -
Step-6) After clicking Import to Cloud button, choose the Import to Office365 option.
Step-8) Enter your Office365 account email address, and click on "Convert" from the newly opened screen.
Provide your Office365 email address and password and login to your Office365 account details.
Step-9) Sign in to your Office365 account with the software and start the MBOX to Office365 migration process.
Follow these steps to export MBOX emails to Gmail Account:-
Step-6) After MBOX mail folders selection, press the Import to Cloud button, and select Import to Gmail/ G-Suite option.
Step-8) Input your Gmail account "Email Address" and "Google Third-Party App Password" & click the "Athenticate login" button.
Note: - For migration, firstly users have to create Google Third party app password
Step-9) After Gmail login process completion, click on Import to Gmail button and begin the MBOX to Gmail migration job.
Steps to Export Emails from MBOX to YahooMail Account:-
Step-6) Perform MBOX mail folder selection and hit the Import to Cloud >> Import to Yahoo button from menubar.
Step-8) Into the software add your Yahoo Mail account email address, third party app password and hit on "Athenticate login" button.
Note: - Create Yahoo Third party app password before migration.
Step-9) Login with your YahooMail account and press the Import to Yahoo Account button and start transferring MBOX file emails to YahooMail account.
Transfer MBOX Emails to Outlook.com/Outlook Web Access account:-
Step-6) Press the Import to Cloud button, after MBOX mail folder selecton & select Import to Outlook.com/ HotMail option.
Step-8) Input your Outlook.com account email address, password, and lastly click on "Convert".
Step-9) After connecting to the server of your Outlook.com or Hotmail account, the software will start MBOX to Outlook.com migration automatically.
Import MBOX emails to IMAP Webmail accounts applying the steps shown below: -
Step-6) Make selection of needed MBOX folders, click on Import to Cloud button and choose Import MBOX to IMAP option.
Step-8) Provide your IMAP account email address, password, port, and hostname, then hit on "Convert" button.
Step-9) Connect the software to your IMAP mail account and start the MBOX to IMAP migration job.
