Step-1)

Download eSoftTools PST to NSF Converter Software and launch it on your windows machine.

Press "Select PST" button from first screen (menubar).

Step-2)

Choose a PST file conversion mode from the given 2 options: -

Single PST file conversion- Use for converting one PST file at a time
Bulk PST file Conversion- Select this option convert seveeral PST files at once

After this conversion mode selection, and hit on Next.

Step-3)

with your chosen conversion mode, add your PST file (single or multiple).

Afterwards press Start Scanning button to load PST files.

Step-4)

Scan PST files and load Outlook mailbox folder and items.

Migrate PST to Gmail or G-suite account with these steps

Choose the Import PST to Gmail/G-Suite from cloud import options list.

Enter your Gmail or Google workspace account's email address and Google third-party app login password and click on Authenticate Login for login.

Authenticate your Gmail account and apply other settings: -

Filter Emails: - Make selection of a start and an end date and from PST files extract emails of only those are is of this selected date range.
Folder Name: - Generate a new folder with a custom name on your Gmail account to store the imported PST file's data.

Step-7)

Press Convert button and start importing Outlook mailbox form PST to Gmail or Google WorkSpace profiles.

Apply these steps for Outlook PST to Yahoo Mail Migration

From cloud import options list, select Import PST to Yahoo Mail option.

Enter Email address Third-Party App Password of your Yahoo Account and and click on Authenticate login.

After authentication of Yahoo Mail account, apply other settings like- Mail Filter, Input Folder and Create Log File
