Step-1)

Download eSoftTools PST to MSG Converter Software, install and launch it on your Windows computer.

Press the "Select PST" button from menubar.

Step-2) Choose a mode of PST file conversion from the available options: -

Single PST file Conversion
Bulk PST File Conversion

Convert Single Outlook PST file

(Step 1)

1) Choose the Single PST File Conversion option and hit on "Next".

(Step 2)

2) Click on Select PST file or Search PST file button and add PST files with the chosen method and press the "Start Scanning" button.

Bulk Convert PST files at once

(Step 1)

1) Click on Bulk PST File Conversion radio button and click on "Next".

2) Hit on Add PST file or Add PST Folder button, import the files with selected mode and click on the "Start Scanning" button.

File Saving Location: - Choose a place from your hard drive where you want to save the resulting MSG files.
Mail Filtering: - Specify the date of Emails that from you want to export from PST files while conversion.
Naming Convention: - Choose a pattern from the available naming formats with which you want to name the resulting MSG files.

Upload PST to Office365 Mailbox

Step-5)

Choose required folders from PST files and press the Import to Cloud button, and choose the Import PST to Office365 option.

Add Office365 account Email address and select other options and settings: -

Select anyone import mode: - Import in Primary Mailbox or Input Folder Name for migration
Mail Filtering: - Select the dates of the items you want to export from PST files.

In the last step, press the Convert button and begin the PST to Office365 migration.

Import PST to Gmail Account

Perform folder selection from PST files in the preview panel and press Import to Cloud >> Import PST to Gmail/G-suite button.

Enter the Email Address and Google App Password of your Gmail account and click on Authenticate Login.

Use Mail filter option and insert a folder name, then hit on Convert button to begin the PST to Gmail Migration.

Migrate PST files to IMAP Mail Server

Step-5)

Choose the PST file's inner folder that you want to export and click on Import to Cloud >> Import PST to IMAP Account.

Step-6)

Insert IMAP account login details in their respective fields: -

Email Address: - Add your IMAP account's email address.
Password: - Enter password that associated with your IMAP account
HostName: - Input the hostname of IMAP mail server (for example- imap.esofttools.com)
Port: - 993

Apply mail filter and input folder settings and click on Convert to begin the PST to IMAP migration.
