How to Delete/Remove Duplicate MSG files?
Delete duplicate MSG files of Outlook containing similar information within or across all folders from your computer.
Using eSoftTools MSG Duplicate Remover Software perform the job of MSG file's de-duplication. Safely delete unnecessarily obtained MSG files copies from your computer. Find duplicate of Outlook items from MSG files including emails, contacts, calendar, and others. Remove the MSG duplicates within folder or across all chosen folders.
Step-1) Download and launch eSoftTools MSG Duplicate Remover Software on your windows computer.
Step-2) Click on the Select MSG folder button from the first screen, then select a method of MSG file adding: -
- Select MSG Folder:- Load a folder with sub-folders (containing MSG files and their duplicates).
- Select MSG File:- Open a folder and manually add required MSG files.
Import MSG files/duplicates and hit on Next.
Step-3) Load MSG files/folders into the software and see inner items of MSG files.

- Naming Convention: - Choose a naming convention from available 10 options to provide custom name in resultant files.
- Email Filter options: - Use mail filter settings to remove duplicates of MSG files containing specific emails.
- Date Filter:- Select the date range of emails you want to remove duplicates.
- From (Sender):- Enter sender's email address.
- To (Recipient):- Input email address of Recipient's.
Step-6) In final step, you just need to press the Convert button and start deleting Outlook MSG file's duplicates from chosen folders of your computer.
