Step-1) Download eSoftTools Outlook Email Address Extractor Software on your Windows PC.

Install and launch the software and press the Select PST button.

Step-2) Choose a file adding mode from these options: -

Single OST/PST File Conversion:- Use it to add a single Outlook file at a single time.
Bulk OST/PST File Conversion:- Use it to add multiple outlook files in a single process.

After selecting a file adding mode, press the Next button.

Step-3) Import Outlook PST and PST files with selected file adding mode.

Add one Outlook file in a single process

(1) Press the "Select PST/OST File" or "Search PST/OST File" button to add an Outlook file with choose option.

(2) Add outlook file into the software with choosen option and and click the "Start Scanning" button.

(1)Click on the Add PST/OST file or Add PST/OST folder button to add outlook files/folders into the software.

(2) Import all your needed Outlook files at one time and click the "Start Scanning" button.

Step-4) Start the scanning selected Outlook files and load all mailbox items from selected files.

Preview all outlook mailbox folders and items from selected Outlook files including- emails, contacts, calendarand other items.

Steps to Extract Email Address from Outlook OST/PST files: -

Step-5) Choose needed folders from select outlook files that has the items from which you want to extract email addresses and press the Extract Email Address button.

Step-6) Apply other needed settings for extracting email address: -

Saving Location: - choose a location from your local drive to save resultant files containing email address.
Saving Options: - select a file types in which you want to save extracted email addresses from these options - TXT, HTML, or CSV.
Email Filter criteria: - choose an email header field that you want to extract from Outlook files (TO, FROM, BCC, CC and all).
Mail filter: - apply this setting for extracting email addresses from emails of selected dates.

Step-7) After all required selection and settings, press the Save button and a new screen will now opened by the software with two option : -

Create single file: - Create a single file to preserve all extracted email addresses.
Create separate files according to folder name: - Save email addresses of outlook mailbox items of each chosen folder in separate files.

Step-8) Press the Continue.. button and on start the Email Address Extraction from Outlook PST/OST files.

Steps to Extract Attachments from Outlook PST/OST files: -

Step-4) Choose folders containing Outlook items from which you want to extract attachments and press the Extract Attachments button.

Step-5) Apply the required Outlook attachment extraction settings.

Saving Location: - Select a path from your computer where you want to preserve extracted attachments.
Attachment Options: - Select any one attachment extraction mode from these 2 options-
- Extract all attachment: - download all attachments from mailbox items of choosen Outlook folders from PST/OST.
- Extract specific attachment: - Enter the file extension of attachments to extract only selected attachments.
Mail Filtering: - Apply this email filter to extract attachments from Outlook emails of a specific date range.

Step-6) Select and use all required attachment extraction settings and click on the Save button and begin the process of attachment extraction from Outlook PST and OST files.
