How to Extract Attachments & Email Address from MS files?

Extract all attachments and email address from Outlook MSG files with easy steps using "eSoftTools MSG Attachments Extractor Software". The software will extart any types and any sized attachments from Multiple MSG files in one time with ease.
Step-1) Download & Start eSoftTools MSG Attachments Extractor Software on your windows machine.
Press "Select MSG Folder" button from first screen of the software
Step-2) Again press "Select MSG folder" button from next opened screen.
Select and load all MSG folders and press the "Next" button.
Step-3) Import MSG folders and start folder scanning process to load all MSG files.
Step-4) Get preview of all MSG file inner components (emails, contacts, calendars, etc).
Select neeeded MSG folders from preview panel, follow the steps shown below to extract attachments &email address:-
Steps to Extract Attachments from Outlook MSG files:-
Step-5) Select needed MSG folders and press Extract Attachments button from menu bar.
Step-6) Press "Browse" button to select a saving location from new opened screen.
- Extract All Attachment from MSG:- Extract entire attachments from all selected MSG files/folders
- Save to Single Folder:- Choose this option save all extracted attachments to a single folder
- Save to Separate Folder with With message subject:- Create seaparate folder for each MSG file for saving attachments.
- Extract Specific MSG Attachments:- Enter the extension of your attachments type and extract only required attachments from MSG.
Next choose required Attachments Extraction options.
- Mail filter:- Select needed dates and extract attachments from MSG emails of only specified dates.
- Naming Convention:- Select a naming format from list of multiple predefined naming combinations to provide name to extracted attaachments.
Select other required options, like-
Step-7) After all required selection press the "Convert" to start Attachments extraction process.
Step-8) After attachments extraction process completion, software show "Conversion Process completed Successfully".
Steps to Extract Email Address from MSG files:-
Step-5) Choose required MSG folders from preview panel of the software, and press Extract Email Address button from menu.
Step-6) From the newly opened screen, hit the "Browse" button to choose a location for saving extracted attachments.
Select Email Filter Criteria:- Choose a email address field from the options- All, TO, BCC, CC.
Step-7) Finally, Press convert button and start the process of Email Address Extraction from MSG files.
Step-8) Software will extract all your required email address from MSG files and show you a completion message "Conversion completed Successfully" in a new window.
