Step-1)

Download eSoftTools EML to CSV Converter Software, install it to your Windows PC.

Run the software and click on "Select EML File/Folder" button.

Step-2)

Select EML Folder- For adding a folder containing EML files (including sub-folders).
Select EML Files- For adding EML files (single or multiple) from a folder.

Choose the path from which you want to insert EML files and press Next button.

Step-3)

Load the inserted EML files/folders, get preview of EML Emails and make selection of required folders or items.

Choose needed EML folders/items & apply these below given steps for EML Email Conversion or Migration

Convert EML to CSV/ PST/ EMLX and HTML

Step-4)

After the EML Folder or items selection click on the Convert EML button and choose your a conversion format from the next screen: -

Export to MSG

Apply relevent settings with chosen conversion option: -

Mail filter => Filter emails from EML files based on Date, From(Sender's email address), and To(Recipient's email address).

Select needed EML files and folders and choose a cloud import option.

Steps to Import EML to IMAP Mail Server

Click on the button Import in IMAP Account.

Add IMAP account login details email address, password, host name, and Port.

Choose and implement other options

Filter Email: - Select filtering options - Date, TO (recipient's email address), or From (sender's email address).
Input Folder name for migration: - Insert a new folder with custom name in Gmail account to preserve imported EML emails.

Step-6)

Press the Convert button and start export EML emails to IMAP Mail Server account.
