Download eSoftTools Outlook Duplicate Remover Software and run it on your windows computer.
Press the Select PST or OST file button from the first screen.
Step-2)
Choose a mode for adding Outlook data files from the available 2 options: -
- Add Single PST or OST file: - Load a single OST/PST file at a time.
- Add Multiple PST or OST file: - Load several data files in a single process.
Select any one option and click on the Next button.
Import Outlook data files with your selected file adding option.
After adding files, press the Start Scanning button.
Start the PST/OST file scanning process and load the data from outlook files.
Step-5)
Load all data including folders and their inner items from the added files. Read Outlook items and view their duplicates in the preview panel.
Step-6)
Choose required folders and press the Remove Duplicates button from menubar.
Choose the required option and apply needed settings in the next screen.
Settings for Outlook Items de-duplication with Outlook Duplicate Remover: -
- Search Duplicate from : - Select the items whose duplicates you want to find and remove. Choose the items from options- Mail, Contact, Calendar, Tasks, Notes and Journals
Search to be done between folder and across folders
- Search and Delete Duplicate within the folder: - search the duplicate items within the folder and delete them from data files.
- Search and Delete Duplicate across the folders: - find duplicates from all the chosen folders and delete them easily.
- Email Duplicate Search options: - choose the attributes of and find the duplicate by email TO, CC, From, Subject, Body, and Attachment.
- Mail Filtering: - make selection of the email dates from which you want to find and delete duplicates.
- File Saving Location: - Choose the path where you want to save the PST files that is generated from the software.
Step-7)
After all selections and settings, press the Remove Duplicates button and start the job of removing duplicates from PST/OST files.
